Victoria’s rich coastline provides a bounty of seafood and endless inspiration for chefs across the state. Pastuso chef Alejandro Saravia will celebrate the amazing quality and diversity of Victoria’s seafood at this one-off dinner.
Over seven courses Saravia will bring back your childhood memories of long days spent at the beach fishing and swimming. This event is presented in collaboration with Red Coral Seafood and Seafood Industry Victoria.
