Pastuso brings back Sunday Roast with a Latin American twist. Premium meats will be slow cooked to perfection utilising charcoal and cherry wood, bringing the flavours of the Andean Sierras of South America to Melbourne.
The menu will change each Sunday, including a nibble to start, small sharing plates, a roast with all the trimmings, traditional salsas and dessert.
When: Every Sunday starting from the 16th of June for lunch and dinner.
What: 6 Course available for lunch/dinner.
Price: $70 per person.
